Role: He supervises the transferring of military equipment to pro-Iranian militias, particularly in Syria and to Lebanon for Hezbollah.

Unit 700 uses in their operations the airlines “Mahan Air” and “Kashm Air”.

Unit 700 supplied weapon and military equipment to the IRGC and Hezbollah during the Syrian earthquake in February 2023 under the cover of humanitarian aid.
