Terror organization: Hezbollah

Status: He was part of the squad of unit 910 that took out the terror attacks in Argentina in 1992 and 1994 in Buenos Aires. He is also the brother of one of the commanders of those attacks, Salman Rauf Salman/ Salman Samuel El Reda.

Role: He was a key operative at the time of the terrorist attacks. He lived on the line between the TBA and Buenos Aires due to his close ties through his sister-in-law with Mohsen Rabbani, Iran’s former cultural attaché. Rabbani, as it will be remembered, also has a key role in the attack and is a fugitive, with a red Interpol circular.

He had problems with the Argentinian law in the 90s when he was caught with fake dollar bills, but he managed to be released thanks to his brother and never appeared in the country again.
Abdallah was taking care of the suicide bomber staying in a “safe house” and took him to recognize the parking lot where the car bomb was hidden. Together they would also have studied the route to the door of the embassy in the terror attack in 1992.

Abdallah had a permanent unconditional collaboration with his brother Salman Raouf Salman, in the different tasks that he carried out within the framework of his installation in the TBA and in what would ultimately be the preparation and execution of the attack.
